Water Snake Leftover

While we were at the Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, I found this water snake that was apparently going to be a meal for either a Bald Eagle or maybe a Great Blue Heron. The meal must have been interrupted and left by the side of the road. I was using a 400mm lens so I shot a series of a dozen shots moving along the subject. I combined them in Photoshop for final image.

Final file is about 90″ x 10″.
