BALD EAGLE CLOSE FLY-BY

We were taking a walk at the Blackwater NWR when this Bald Eagle flew close by us. It was fun to see this Eagle close-up as it went by. I was using a Canon 1D mkIII camera with a 400mm DO lens with a 1.4x teleconverter. The Canon 1D mkIII had a cropped 1.3x sensor so with the cropped sensor & the 1.4x teleconverter I had a 728mm image.
