ANOTHER BALD EAGLE FLY-BY

I am going through my images to Post here from the Blackwater NWR. I have photographed Bald Eagles @ many locations but my favorite is the Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge near Cambridge Maryland. On this visit years ago we had a lot of opportunities to get close images and it was a successful trip. I was using a Canon 1D mkIII with a Canon 400mm DO lens with a 1.4X teleconverter. The Canon 1D mkIII had a 1.3x cropped sensor so with the cropped sensor, 1.4x teleconverter & 400mm DO lens it was like using a camera with a 728mm view.
