I was at one of the local areas over the weekend to see if anything was there. As it the beginning of winter the local nature area usually slows down for photo subjects. There are Gulls and Canada Geese and maybe some Mallard ducks. Lately there have been a Shoveler Ducks which are fun to photograph but I was looking for something different. I was surprised to see quite a few American Wigeon Ducks. They I think they are actually one of the “cuter” ducks.
