The cloudscapes were Great on our visit to the Brigantine Division of the Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge in Oceanville New Jersey. For the Landscapes I was using 3 different setups depending on what I was trying to show in my images. For really wide views of clouds & landscapes I used an Olympus OMD-1 with a 7.5mm Fisheye lens (180 Degree FOV) or my iPhone 11 Pr0 with the 1.5mm (Full Frame Equivalent Field of view ~13mm) or the 4.3mm lens (Full Frame Equivalent ~26mm). I corrected the Fisheye lens Distortion of the 7.5mm Fisheye lens on the Olympus in Photoshop using the Adaptive Wide Angle Filter that is accessed under the main “Filter” listing on the top menu Pull Downs. For the far out or distant landscapes with flocks of birds I was using a Tamron 150-600mm lens on a Canon R (Some with a 2X Teleconverter giving me a 300mm to 1200mm).
The Featured Image is a 3 image panorama taken with a 7.5mm Fisheye Lens on an Olympus OMD Camera.
Blackwater NWR Sunrise Panoramas

These images are a series of multi-image panoramas of a Blackwater NWR Sunrise on a visit there in July 2018. Blackwater NWR is a great place to visit for sunrise & sunsets. We were trying to get there for the sunrise and we just made it before the sunrise started. Most images were taken with a Canon 1D mkIV with a 24-105mm lens at various focal lengths. The featured image is made from 12 horizontal images taken @ 85mm to show less foreground and more height to the distant tree line. The full final size pano is 118″ long x ~20″ high.
BRIGANTINE IPHONE MULTI-IMAGE PANORAMAS

On our recent trip to the Brigantine Division of the Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge in Oceanville, NJ, I was traveling light. Mainly using a Tamron 150-600mm lens on a 1D mkIV, a 12-24mm zoom on a Canon R and my iPhone 11 Pro for multi-image landscapes & multi-image panoramas. The Canon R with the 12-24mm never made it out of the camera bag. I was having more fun shooting multi-image Panoramas on my iPhone 11 Pro. The featured image is 13 images shot in multiple images per row & then multiple rows with the iPhone 11 Pro & the 1.5mm lens.
Colorful Fall Handheld Panoramas From Davidsons Mill Pond

We went to Davidsons Mill Pond Park to photograph the Fall colors. I was only using my Canon R with a 24-105mm lens & my iPhone 11 Pro. All panorama images here are with the 24-105mm @ various focal lengths. I purposely made a series of panoramas at different focal lengths (as listed below images) and different numbers of images per panorama. I was trying to show how sometimes it is better to use more images per panorama in the beginning & once you get used to doing them you can use less images and still get the image that you wanted. Also by shooting more images than you need, you get used to how the process works and get the feel for how many you will need in the future. In Photoshop you just load all images into one layered Photoshop file. Select layers and chose Auto-Align, then Auto-Blend. Comes in handy for the times you want a wider image or taller image and have the wrong lens to accomplish your vision. If needed I can post a more step by step process blog.
Panoramas From Davidsons Mill Pond Park

We went to Davidsons Mill Pond Park to photograph a few panoramas, mostly for cloud formations. The Featured Image is of the small pond near the main parking area. Photographed from the wooded back area showing the pond from a different vantage point. This is 5 images, handheld @ 14mm, Panasonic 14-140mm, Olympus OM-D E-M1. When doing panoramas with the m43 format I tend to overlap the images much more than when using my standard Canon equipment.
