While looking for damselflies in the tall grasses by the pond, I found this Orb Weaver spider catching a fly. It was in a dark shady area so I used a flash at -1 stop on the flash and -0.33 exposure compensation on the camera to not blow out the spider & web. I also shot short bursts hoping to get a few sharp images as I was hand holding the camera and the spider was moving. It kept busy with the fly and then moved back into the center of the web.
